We are very happy with the installation of our new rust removal system. Tim was extremely friendly and thorough in explaining the process for our initial cleaning and the new system. He ensured all of our questions were answered. He went above and beyond by helping us with our sprinkler timer and made sure the system was functioning properly. Great experience overall. Dor came out the next day after we contacted him, while other companies we called never returned our calls . He explained the whole procedure to us and answered all of our questions .
Then the following day Tim , the technician came out to the install the equipment .
He explained exactly how the system worked and he cleaned the rust stains off the sidewalk and our house from our sprinkler system .
So far we have been trouble free .

We have had great difficulty getting service for our previous rust prevention service. Rust Doctors are out immediately and presented a comprehensive program to remove our rust and install a new prevention system. Timothy the technician came promptly, on time, and quickly and professionally installed the new system and removed 95% of the rust stains that had accumulated over the last year. He will continue to spot check those areas monthly.
After frustrating interaction with this industry, Rust Doctors was a breath of fresh air.
